HOURS 9.00 5.00 MONDAY TO FRIDAY
SALARY £16,835 PER ANNUM
We require an experienced person with excellent communication skills to provide office administrational support to our busy Training Centre and Clinical Quality teams at our Abbey Meadow site. Essentially the duties include directing phone calls, preparing training materials, electronic record keeping, managing administration essentials to various departments and general secretarial duties. However, the full list is long and varied.
The successful candidate will be adaptable and enjoy the challenge of a busy working environment with competing and changing priorities. A high level of computer literacy and keyboard skills are essential. In return you will be working as part of a close, friendly team, driven by the care needs of our residents.
