After School Club Worker
The Governors of Warwick Bridge School seek to appoint, as soon as possible, an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to ensure high quality learning and play experiences for our pupils.
Working hours five days per week, term time only 3.15 4.15 possibly up to 6.00 pm
The main focus of the After School Club is to ensure high quality extended care provision for our pupils.
The post holder will:-
Organise an appropriate range of activities and supervise the children
Serve a simple snack and drink
Have some experience of working with children in an educational setting
Share our vision and ethos for the highest standards in all aspects of school life
Have good communication and organisational skills
The contract will initially be for a fixed term up to 31st August 2017 and will be for variable hours from 4.15pm to 6.00 pm depending upon demand for the later club finishing time. Flexibility is an essential part of this role.
Candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check as part of our commitment to safeguarding. Candidates will also require first aid training, food hygiene qualification certificate and safeguarding training, which can be organised on appointment.
