This role involves carrying out regular clinical sessions and to provide advice to OHA's, OHPN's and clients on health related problems affecting work, rehabilitation and resettlement into appropriate workplace. You will also provide OH input to major clients including advice on policies and procedures. Pr Provide medical interpretation of health surveillance data and fitness for work decisions. Supporting attendance management by individual consultations and case conferences within DDA A.M.R.A. Guidelines.Case manage complex occupational health referrals.Work closely with the Lead Physician and Operations Manager to ensure effective communications of all occupational health matters to colleagues and provide appropriate clinical support.Ensures that input to Occupational Health Services are delivered as defined in the quality standards and S.L.A. taking into consideration all necessary professional codes of conduct and evidence based practice.Develop effective working relationships with fellow clinicians, other members of the team and clients. Experience in an Occupational Health Physician roleMinimum of Diploma in occupational medicine.Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.Commercial awareness an advantage.Problem solving and computer literate.Experience in the railway industry is preferable but not essential.
