We want someone who is Hobbyist, someone that self teaches and builds their understanding in their chosen subject Thrives in a hands on environment Able to work well as part of a team as well as on their own Can give examples of their strengths and knowledge Self-starter Able to follow instructions and complete tasks Job Details: Currently looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Digital Support Apprentice for well established all trades company with an excellent reputation which has been successfully serving Glasgow and Central Scotland since 1984. Key Responsibilities: Using sage systems to help with client accounts and billing Uploading client information to in house database systems Exposure to bespoke online drives and shared folders Daily use of Microsoft office packages-word, excel etc Electronic filing General office duties as when required by management like answering calls, responding to emails etc Required Skills: Candidates must have good communication skills Reliable and confident Good verbal & written communication skills Good telephone manner You will have the ability to cope with multiple tasks in a calm and professional manner Team player Additional Information: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm £4-£5 per hour Important Information “QA’s apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce.”
