This role will predominately be Bradford/West Yorkshire however, we are looking for a multi-skilled individual who can deliver to both commercial clients on a national level and apprenticeship learners on a more regional level.

Salary – £28k

To design and deliver innovative learning interventions across a range of contracts, including commercial and apprenticeship programmes, both at clients training centres and at client sites across the uk.
Directly reporting to: Training Director
Responsible for: No direct reports
Functional relationship: To communicate effectively with the all business units and customers to make sure that training and assessment is delivered to a consistently high standard and customer relations are maintained.
Delivery off-the-shelf and tailored training courses including commercial and apprenticeship programmes at training centres, as well as on-site at client premises nationwide.
Personal Development of training delivery skills, course/programme preparation, demonstration examples and lesson plans. Development of course materials, exercises and supporting documentation for new and existing courses.
Provide excellent customer service through telephone/email post course support for all customers, and communicating customer feedback with all business units to make sure positive relationships are maintained.
Ensure customer records are maintained including updating the CRM and e-portfolio systems. To ensure required records are submitted in a timely manner.

Qualifications /Experience
(A, I, L) An advanced level of knowledge of ‘core’ Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in a range of versions (2010, 2013, 2016 and Office 365)
(A, I, L) At least 12 months’ experience of delivering commercial training in a classroom environment
(A, I, D, L) Development of supporting materials such as lesson plans, demonstration files/examples and exercises/activities to check delegate understanding
(A, I) Coaching and support on a one-to-one basis (e.g. desk side or telephone support)
(A, I, L) Experience of delivering soft skills/business skills training in a classroom environment. For example:
Time Management
Report Writing
Customer Service Skills
First Time Manager
Presentation Skills
(A, I, D) Application and Training Delivery accreditations (or equivalent), such as MOS, TAP, MCT
(A, I) Experience of other applications such as Microsoft Access, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Excel VBA and Adobe applications
(A, I, D) Apprenticeship Trainer able to deliver Level 3 IT Advanced Apprenticeships with appropriate Assessor qualification
(A, I, D) Assessor Award
(A, I, D) Verifier / Quality Assurer Award
(A, I, D) Teaching qualification
Knowledge / Skills
(A, I) An understanding of the use of Microsoft technologies within business
(A, I, D) Scoping and development bespoke/tailored courses – from concept to delivery
(A, I, D) Developing course resources and materials such as user guides, instructional videos and reference guides
(A, I, L) Hosting webinars to large audiences
(A, I, D) Experience of planning and writing eLearning resources
