To achieve this we aim to reach more customers in more markets, in local language and with local payment options. How will you add value on a day-today basis? Based in Gateshead office you will support clients in the UK and EMEA. You’ll be a key part of our business, supporting our key corporate customers in Retail, Digital & Travel verticals. You help these businesses manage their day to day operational and technical queries, build great relationships and uncover opportunities to add true service value. Acting as a Payments expert your interaction with your clients will be taking place over the phone, through email and in a face-to-face capacity. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, working closely with your colleagues in other regions and providing prompt and accurate advice and issue resolution. Providing proactive and knowledgeable support, you will act as a single point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate clients and become a key ambassador for Worldpay What will make you the ideal candidate? You come from corporate (B2B) customer facing role such as a junior account manager or relationship manager. You enjoy supporting a dedicated portfolio of accounts and strengthening these relationships. You will have an appetite to be proactive when dealing with customer’s claims and always look for opportunities to increase their satisfaction. Preferably you would have worked in a technical environment, where complex customer queries were the norm. You will have excellent communication skills and a unique selling point about you Because you’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team.
