£35k - £40k depending on experience + benefits

Becoming a Samsung Trade Customer Specialist with Capita Customer Management:

We have an exciting new role working within our Samsung team based in Leeds city centre. As a Customer Specialist you will use your expertise as part of a pioneering new team that will deliver an innovative support experience to Samsung's professional partners for Built in Digital Appliances. We are looking for somebody who is able to build relationships with these high value customers in order to deliver amazing outcomes that surprise and delight. It's all about Another Reason to Buy Samsung. You will act as a Samsung ambassador to our professional partners with a first class customer service mentality.

Ideally you will have experience in the kitchen installation industry or from the kitchen showroom environment. Technical and practical knowledge of kitchen installation would be advantageous. It would suit someone that wants to move away from the physical demands of the installation environment and focus on coaching and leading a team in a bubbly call centre environment.

What you will do:

  • The customer base will range from independent kitchen showrooms, kitchen installation teams, nationwide kitchen suppliers, kitchen distribution channels and house builders.
  • The technical specialist will be able to provide support to the executives as a tier 2 specialist providing solutions and technical information covering a wide variety of kitchen appliances and different installation environments found nationwide.
  • The technical specialist must be able to understand technical documentation and diagrams such as dimensional drawings, exploded views, wiring schematics and kitchen plans.
  • As technical specialist you will also be required to support the training team to help develop an ongoing training programme for the executives you will also be pivotal in providing coaching to individuals and driving performance to help meet the team's objectives and KPIs.
  • You will also work directly with the product support teams at the UK Head Office to help develop and improve the product based on the information and VOC provided by the customer.
  • Maintain an excellent quality of work exceeding quality targets
  • Support identification of trends and root causes or errors to contribute towards a continuously improved process that reduces customer effort

Your experience will include:

  • Qualified Electricians (UK/ROI specific) - desirable
  • Domestic Installers with Part P - desirable
  • Gas Safe/Corgi experience - desirable
  • NVQ in Customer Experience Level 2 or higher - desirable
  • Retail Operations or similar Level 2 or higher - desirable
  • Experience in using Excel would be useful to conduct data analysis to help drive improvements within the team.
  • You will have experience in the kitchen installation industry or from the kitchen showroom environment.
  • Technical and practical knowledge of kitchen installation would be advantageous.
