ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE HEADTEACHER


Permanent position 30 hours per week (initially), Monday to Friday

Term time only plus two additional weeks contracted hours

SALARY SCALE OS9, £26,999 (equating to £19,142 per annum pro rata)

We are seeking to appoint a School Administrator to support the Headteacher to manage the administrative work and provide organisational, administrative and personal support to the Headteacher to ensure the efficient running of her administrative affairs and those of the school.

We would welcome applications from someone who has:

* Several years experience working in office environment at a senior level including carrying out recent clerical/administrative work

* A working knowledge of relevant polices/codes of practice/legislation

* The ability to work accurately under pressure with meticulous attention to detail

* Confidentiality to be able to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive matters.

* The ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
