The Role:
* Managing roughly 30 International accounts in a variety of verticals
* Helping the customer understand the software platform and making sure they get the best of the data they are receiving
* Putting together marketing strategies for the customers to maximise ROI
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and teams within the business
* Creating project plans
* Managing the onboarding process of the customers
* Managing the client relationships on an ongoing basis to optimise their business operations
* Working closely with the technical team on the customer lifecycle
