Working together with clients, we deliver solutions to challenging problems in Property & Development, Infrastructure & Utilities and Mining & Minerals.  

 

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting a busy office, focussed on delivering Archaeological and Heritage based work streams. Key tasks include providing PA and secretarial support to the Regional Manager along with other responsibilities such as:

 

  • Quality audits
  • Prepare Purchase Orders, Invoices and Credit Notes.
  • Contributing to Finance processes such as inputting timesheets, expenses and credit card billing.
  • Prepare monthly billing sheet using MS Excel.
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and vehicle hire.
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Formatting reports using Microsoft Office 2016, and PDF documents 
  • Facilities management
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Stationary orders

 

You: 

  • Extensive administration experience
  • Be familiar with document management and quality assurance procedures and systems.
  • Excellent numerical and MS Word & Excel skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, diligence and good attention to detail.
  • Be efficient and able to work on your own initiative and to coordinate amongst a group of people.
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
