Qualtech Resourcing are working with a local company who are looking to hire a Contracts manager to join their Building and Project Management division. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple retail projects at any one time, with the project value ranging from £10 - £500k unit value, (accumulating to approx £4.5m per annum Key responsibilities; · Develop client briefs in to a workable project profiles · Surveying skills; Scoping works, compliance, fault diagnosis and snagging works · Forming scoping documents and specifications · Design management · Contract administration · Programming works (including critical path, coordinating trades) · Managing project meetings · Ensuring all projects are delivered to required standards on time and within budget · Liaison with internal and external stakeholders · Management of internal support services Successful candidates must; · Have experience of managing RETAIL building works in a live environment (in a similar capacity) · Hold storm technical knowledge of construction techniques · Have a good understanding of building design · Have a good understanding of commercial management of building works projects · Good numerical skills · Good IT and software operation skills · Hold a Full Clean driving license Salary for this role will be £40,000 - £50,000 per annum with the role based in Castleford.
