** Receptionist / Office Administrator**

  • Full time permanent: 35 hours per week

  • Immediate start date available

  • Competitive rates of pay

We are looking for someone to join our busy office and reception area. 

As a receptionist/Office Administrator, you are the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the park and should be enthusiastic, confident, polite and professional in dealing with all customer contact.

 

As we are a holiday park, hours will include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Additional hours may be available during busy periods and to cover staff holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests on arrival

  • Giving accurate information to customers to assist them in deciding upon their holiday.

  • Operating and updating the reservation and membership system accurately

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  • Distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls to other departments.

  • Liaising with external customers including travel agencies and tourist boards.

  • Taking action on customer queries and feedback.

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Carry out company cash handling procedures

  • Ensuring that all offices, customer areas and promotional displays are presentable and safe

  • Perform other office duties such as filing and photocopying

Ideal Applicant

  • Must be 18 years or over

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service and admin

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • Ability to be proactive when issues arise

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • IT literate

  • Flexible approach to working hours.

Accommodation packages are negotiable to any applicants from out of the area wishing to relocate.
