PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR / FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Our client is a leading Financial Services, Pensions and Wealth Management business who have been part of the financial market for many years. They are part of a group of companies and there will be excellent opportunities to develop and progress.This is an incredibly exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding and dynamic organisation.

Due to growth we are looking to recruit an additional Pensions Administrator to join the team. (Experience in Pensions or Financial services is essential)

Main responsibilities:

·Provide administrative support throughout all stages of the financial review and investment process
·Preparing paperwork for client appointments and sending to the appropriate party
·Checking documentation to ensure correct information has been gathered.
·Accurately updating client and financial details within client management systems
Provide general administration support across the various areas of the business
·Provide ad-hoc executive support for the Directors
·Issuing Letters of Authority to clients’ current financial product provider
·Liaising with clients’ current financial product providers to chase the information requested
·Liaising with clients’ new and current financial product providers to chase the transfer of funds
·Liaising with Partners for updates on information received from clients’ current financial product providers
·Liaising with clients to request and chase information or paperwork
·Provide support to Relationship Managers
Main skills and experience needed will include:

Strong administration background ideally within Pensions, but we will consider financial services
A confident professional telephone manner
Be used to working in a lively fast paced environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
