Transforming Care Services are currently working in partnership with one of our clients to recruit for a permanent recruitment administrator in Stockport. The organisation itself supports adults with varying support needs across the UK ranging from supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health issues to extra care services for older people.

The role is based in Stockport town centre and you will be working in their busy head office from 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Salary ranges from £15990 - £16700 depending on experience.

The role will involve: working within the busy recruitment team, processing a caseload of new starters and ensuring all pre-employment checks and paperwork are completed and recorded for file sign off. You will act as a point of contact for new starter queries from applicants, project staff and senior managers whilst supporting the larger team in ensuring best practice within the recruitment process. Your role is to build relationships with new starters and local managers to ensure the smooth and positive commencement of work and start dates and to confirm start dates with both candidates and hiring managers. You will maintain accurate records of your day to day activity on files and evidence all actions. You will ensure the computerised system is up to date with your file progress and support the larger recruitment team with processing incoming application packs.

To be considered for this role you must have:

* At least 12 months experience of working in a busy office

* Experience of working within a recruitment or personnel department

* Fast and accurate typing skills, able to produce written reports and excellent English spelling, punctuation and grammar (Grade C or above at GCSE).

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* A high standard and understanding of written and spoken English including letting writing experience.

* Ability to organise a busy caseload

* Ability to work to tight deadlines
