Calling all experienced skilled ADMINISTRATORS to work in LEEDS LS15
and you will be responsible for supporting Assistant Buyers who manage an allocated number of customer’s requirements for maintenance contracts for medical equipment.
Your main responsibilities will be to monitor the Maintenance mailbox, run Supplier reports for Management and log and process Purchase orders, a vital role in ensuring equipment is covered by a contract at all times.
You will be part of a team who manage maintenance contracts for in excess of 50,000 pieces of equipment for 569 sites across 115 suppliers and 120 equipment areas.

General Account abilities:
* Liaison with Assistant Buyers on their requirements
* To proactively monitor the mailbox redirecting emails to relevant Team member.
* To run Supplier reports for Management
* To log and process Purchase orders within KPI's ensuring 100% accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously.
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistency and best practice
* Develop own knowledge and skills and provide information to others
* To work within current KPI’s in terms of service delivery to both customers and suppliers

Skills Required:
* IT Literate
* Numerate * MS Office - including advanced Excel (pivots, v.look-ups and macros) would be advantageous
* Highly Self-motivated team player with the ability to work to deadlines. * An eye for detail and the ability to adhere to operating procedures.
* Excellent communication skills
