JOB TITLE: Acquisition Sales Consultant

LOCATION: Sunderland - covering the North East region from Teeside to Scottish Borders

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive basic salary - uncapped commission + company car and a wide range of benefits

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00, permanent

THE ROLE: We are currently recruiting for an Acquisition Sales Consultant to join the existing team based in Sunderland. This is an exciting position for a strong and tenacious sales person with the enthusiasm to drive sales and revenue, and in turn earn an excellent salary.



Key Responsibilities of the Acquisition Sales Consultant to include:-


  • Create sustainable multimedia relationships, through quality customer experiences
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities, through effective lead management and conversion
  • Sell print and online advertising solutions through clear and effective territory ownership and management
  • Deliver quality conversations around why change and customer challenges
  • Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets and KPI performance areas
  • Capitalise on MQL activity related to 'Lead' territory
  • Effective geographic territory and call planning to optimise contact and performance.
  • Educate customers in new products and propositions that will enhance their business performance and meet group objectives by utilising high quality sales material to reinforce the sales message and processes
  • Actively review media solutions and advertising campaign performance on a regular basis to ensure needs are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Drive the entire sales process, from territory planning, appointing, 2 stage call recording, closing and campaign fulfilment.


Experience required for the role of the Business Acquisition Sales Consultant based in Sunderland
  • Previous field based sales experience - essential
  • Full driving licence you can use in the UK - essential
  • Ability to exceed targets and KPIs - essential
  • Previous media / advertising sales experience - desirable
  • Previous business to business experience - desirable
