Our client an industry leader in the Conveyancing Search Technology space (SaaS) is currently looking to hire an Account Manager.

Position Objective

To follow client retention strategy for the purpose of ensuring long-term, attitudinal loyalty from the client base, effectively brick-walling clients from the competition and minimising client churn while ensuring their Growth Margin.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for training and managing clients. The role is focussed on selling all services to clients through phone calling, emailing, webinars, training clients on the benefits of using specific products.

You will also be responsible for monitoring client usage, identifying potential issues and either preventing or resolving these.

  • 6-12 months experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however this is not essential for the role
