Job Description
As a Dutch Account Manager, you will call the existing customer base of the assigned account within ServiceSource in Liverpool, relying on your natural customer focused mentality.
In this role you will cultivate relationships with client contacts and your colleagues internally. Depending on the client engagement, the job may involve up-selling customers to additional services.
Dutch Account Managers will provide sales forecasting to their line managers and submit requests for customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
Responsibilities
* Complete a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day
* Achieve your target by selling product/service renewals for some of the most recognized technology companies - offering upsell opportunities where applicable.
* Work within a well established team and own a dedicated territory, specifically an Dutch territory.
* Develop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecast, with support from your Manager.
* Collaborate with other Dutch Account Managers and management to optimize sales processes.
* Work through the objection handing process with existing and potential customers.
Required Experience
* 9-12 months of prior experience working in a high volume customer service or sales capacity required.
* University degree preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment required
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables: desirable), Salesforce (desirable) and Outlook.
* Must have excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
