Upcapped commission - 1.45% of their own sales and their team.

You will be responsible for:
• Demonstrating significant leadership qualities in a customer facing environment
• Commercial performance accountability to achieve store KPI’s
• Delivering outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey
• Training your team on products and fabrics in order to deliver a seamless & knowledgeable customer experience
• Maintaining the highest standards in terms of merchandise displays
• Build an effective team environment
• Manage the vision & mission of the company within the store
• Attract high quality talent working with the HR recruitment team to develop outreach, on-boarding, training and performance management
