organisations.

Main Responsibilities
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets

• Collect accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service

• Manage customers journey effectively

• Contact data records to maximise contact rates and personal productivity to existing and / or prospect customers

• Make pro-active outbound contact to potential Inenco Direct customers who are in a position to transfer supplier either now or in the future

• Recognise opportunities to up-sell / cross sell and promote additional products to maximise revenue and product holdings

• Be fully responsible for the quality of sale up to on supply, including resolving any quality returns / supplier objections within two working days

• Manage customer contract renewal dates

• Operate and maintain customer related information systems to the required standards to process work, maintain accurate records and access information

• Identify customer needs, promoting additional Inenco Direct products and services, creating greater customer relationships and business growth

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience of working in a sales environment

• Telesales experience

• Experience of working within the SME energy industry would be advantageous

• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of a CRM system

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C (including Math’s & English)
