Job: Supply Chain Stock Controller Location: Halifax Salary: £25,000 Manufacturing and Supply Chain Permanent MPeople Leeds are working in collaboration with a large Supply chain and manufacturing company based in the Halifax region who are looking for an experienced Supply chain Stock Controller. Our client is looking to hire someone who has come from a Supply chain background and has a high level of experience within a fast paced environment, offering a lucrative salary the company is going from strength to strength and has had extremely profitable growth over the past 5 years, this is definitely a company you want to work for. About you: You will be a driven and personable individual with a background in Supply Chain Management and Stock Control, you will be logical and methodical and have an ability to deliver strict stock takes and report and discrepancies, this is not a warehouse based job, this is an office based job, applications will only be considered from candidates with strong office based stock control experience. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: · Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills (Excel and Word) · Defining and implementing process improvement · Experience in stock replenishment and control · Strong end to end supply chain management · Internal and external stakeholder and customer management · Problem solving skills and an ability to work on your own · Stock take and reconciliations The role is not restricted to the above criteria and may vary depending on your responsibilities for the day.
