We're looking for a friendly, reliable, hard-working person with a dedication to customer service and an eye for detail to help in our busy booking office.

 

What it's like to work here

Low Wray campsite has direct access to Windermere lakeshore and based in the centre of the Lake District, its in the perfect location to our fantastic walks and tourist attractions. It has all the amenities our campers will need, plus a few added extras such as bike hire and a bird hide.

 

What you'll be doing

We look after special places for everyone for ever. What people sometimes forget is that we have a thriving holidays business whether thats cottages, camp sites, outdoor activities and other tourist activities like the Steam Yacht Gondola on Coniston Water.

Youll be the first point of customer contact, so its crucial that you consistently exceed customer expectations. That means providing a high quality, professional booking service on behalf of the Holidays Portfolio in the Lake District as well as business support to help the property meet its objectives. We have a service promise exceptional service every time for everyone and that includes to both internal and external customers with enthusiasm in a sometimes high pressured environment is paramount.

Who we're looking for

Our team believe that people deserve more than just good service but an amazing experience theyll never forget, and were looking for like-minded people to join us.

Youll need to have;

  • Proven experience of delivering high levels of customer care

  • Administrative experience, including handling cash and card payments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent team working skills and also use initiative

  • Advanced IT Skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Good organisational skills
