Do you want to be part of the set up and ongoing development of a centralised Control and Monitoring Centre (CMC) at the heart of Ø
rsteds operating portfolio?

Join us and become CMC Product Owner in the new CMC Team where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the CMC software and associated IT infrastructure.

While the CMC is a 24/7/365 operation you'll work regular office hours Monday to Friday. Flexible working may be required during peak periods or for operational reasons.

Your key tasks will be to
- ensure high system availability of the CMC software and infrastructure, manage the ongoing development of software/hardware and the prompt resolution of system faults
- ensure operational experience is included within the CMC operating software and captured within the standard operating procedures
- maintain an in-depth knowledge of the systems and provide expert advice to the CMC operators and others on the CMC software and infrastructure
- develop and continually improve the support networks and service level agreements, from both internal and external suppliers, for the CMC systems.

Your competences include that you
- have experience of working with SCADA, industrial networks and software development
- can demonstrate diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in relation to SCADA systems, networks, IT hardware and software and are able to provide direct operational hands on support to the CMC team
- have a proactive and systematic approach to both work tasks and identifying opportunities for improvement
- speak and write English fluently
- thrive in an international environment and can create good relationships with your stakeholders.

In addition, it's important that you're proactive in maintaining the required competences for the role, are self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.

Ideally, you'll be based at our office in Barrow-in-Furness, UK, although it's possible to be located at our Danish offices in either Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or Skærbæk near Fredericia. You should expect frequent travel between these locations.
