We're an educational charity that helps young people to defy limitations through learning and adventures in the wild. We partner with schools, colleges, employers and youth groups to teach young people the most important lesson they could ever learn: to believe in themselves.

Our facilities team plays a huge role in supporting this; by ensuring all students and staff have the right equipment for adventure and learning, as well as providing a safe, secure and homely environment.

Working over two locations, on either side of the beautiful Lake Ullswater, at Watermillock and Howtown, your focus will be looking after the fabric of our buildings, as well as their grounds.

Although based at our Ullswater and Howtown, this role may involve occasional travel to some of our other UK centres.

We are looking to employ at least 1 person who has time served trade skills but would also welcome applications from people without these skills, but do have an aptitude to these skills and the ability to learn more.
