Financial Strategy Officer
(Temporary to cover maternity leave)


Carlisle

36.25 hours per week

£24,023 + benefits package

Castles & Coasts Housing Association is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our Financial Strategy team.  


This is an exciting time to become a member of our team as Castles & Coasts continues to grow and deliver the best possible services to our customers. We have recently carried out a top to toe review of the finance function and you will join the Association at a time when we are moving from a traditional linear structure to a business partnering approach.  This represents a substantial change in the way in which we operate with a clear focus upon driving the business forward.  The concept for the future of the finance function is around client care, meeting and anticipating the needs of both our internal and external partners.


We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in their work and be from a finance related background. You will have good IT skills and have a desire for continuous improvement.


The role will involve carrying out strategic financial activities in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Key tasks include administering the treasury function, producing future cash flow, preparing information for the insurance tender process and supporting managers and colleagues with projects.


The role will require team work and strong communication skills to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
