Loreburn H A is a registered charity established in 1982 operating across the Dumfries and Galloway region of Scotland. We own and manage over 2,500 properties across Dumfries & Galloway, offering a wide variety of accommodation to suit a range of needs. We offer a range of accommodation and services across the region. One of those superstars has recently secured an internal promotion so an opportunity has come up to take forward our strategic vision linked to people and culture.

Our Head of People and Culture will lead our continued development, embed a growth mind set and empowerment culture across the business in preparation for our move to agile working in April 2019. We are looking for a Head of People and Culture who has a strong track record of people and talent management who can build on our current strengths. This is a key role in our business; the post holder will help the CEO to shape a workforce that can make the step change to a successful agile working culture with resilience and empowerment embedded within the workforce. The post holder will report to the Chief Executive to ensure the culture is lived across the business.

The role of Head of People and Culture will be a demanding position straddling talent management, HR policies, succession / workforce planning, performance management to support the continued growth and success of Loreburn H A. The post is initially for a fixed term of two years with further options at the end of that period.
