OFFICE MANAGER
We have a vacancy for a part-time Office Manager.

Suitable candidates will have at least 3 years' experience, be well organised, efficient, have good communications skills and be able to work on their own initiative. The role will include welcoming visitors to the office, dealing with telephone enquiries and co-ordinating communications between our staff and clients, weekly payroll processing & pension upload, completion of VAT returns, monthly bank reconciliations and CIS returns.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 50 Payroll, the internet and scanning would be a requirement.
