We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to work full time on a Permanent basis. We are a fast growing, industry leading manufacturing company in the composite sector based in Barrow-In Furness.

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various projects across the business,
primarily, factory expansion, new product/design and IT projects.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact between the business, internal teams, and suppliers.


You will be involved in all areas of the project from requirement gathering through to implementation. The Project Manager
will hold overall responsibility for each of the projects you, liaising with all stakeholders as necessary. You will set and manage the project objectives based on pre agreed requirements within agreed timescales, costs and level of quality.
 

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Project definition and attaining agreed outcomes
-  Project planning
- Project Milestones
- Project documentation
- Project Risk Assessment
- Critical Path Analysis
- Resource evaluation for completion
- Budget and cost control
- Training
- Promoting Internal Buy-In from all staff/Training

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in your application, you must have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Prince 2 or equivalent project management qualification
- Proven experience of successful project implementation
- Proven experience of managing projects through the whole lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience of managing change
