We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator.
Suitable candidates will have at least 3 years experience, a great personality, a happy disposition, will be well organised, efficient and have good communications skills and be able to work on their own initiative. The role will include welcoming visitors to the office, dealing with telephone enquiries, arranging client meetings, being involved in continuously improving client services and co-ordinating communications between our staff and clients. This is a very important post as our aim is to constantly exceed our clients expectations.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher, the internet and scanning would be an advantage.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and happy team providing outstanding client service to businesses throughout Cumbria.
